Terms, disclaimer & refunds
Everything here is written to be read, not skimmed past. Seven short sections. No surprises.
1. Who we are
Sixxly makes document-management templates and general procedural information for self-represented litigants. We sell one product: the Litigant's Command Pack.
Questions, problems, corrections: email [email protected]. A person reads it.
2. Not legal advice
Sixxly provides document-management templates and general procedural information, not legal advice. For advice about your situation, consult a lawyer. Court deadlines: always verify against the current rules of your court and with the registry.
Nothing on this site, in the Command Pack, or in any Sixxly tool is advice about your case. We do not know your facts, your court, or your deadlines. Our materials help you organise documents, track dates, and keep records — the same way a filing cabinet or a spreadsheet would. They do not tell you what to argue, which law applies to you, or what a rule means. Where our materials mention procedure, that is general information about how courts commonly work, not a statement of what applies in your matter.
Buying the pack, using this site, or emailing us creates no client relationship of any kind. No client relationship is created between you and Sixxly — not a lawyer-client relationship, not an adviser relationship, nothing that would make us responsible for the conduct or outcome of your case. Your case remains yours. Decisions about it are yours, or yours with a lawyer you engage.
Dates and time limits matter more than anything else in litigation, so we say this twice: any date our free calculator or any template produces is arithmetic on the inputs you gave it, nothing more. Before you rely on any deadline, check the current rules of your court and confirm with the court registry. If a lawyer is available to you, even for one conversation, use them. Legal information is a map; advice is directions for where you are standing.
3. Not migration assistance
Nothing on this site or in the Command Pack is immigration assistance, and Sixxly does not give it. We are not registered migration agents and we do not help with visa applications, immigration processes, or migration-specific proceedings. The templates are generic document-management tools — indexes, logs, checklists, and registers that work the same whether your dispute is about a fence, a contract, or anything else. If your matter involves immigration, seek help from a registered migration agent or a lawyer.
4. The product
The Litigant's Command Pack is a one-time digital purchase: a downloadable set of case-management templates and plain-English guides for organising a court matter — document indexes, correspondence logs, chronology templates, hearing-preparation checklists, and the guides that explain how to use each one. It is delivered automatically through Gumroad, our payment and delivery provider. Gumroad handles the payment, the download link, applicable taxes, and refunds.
Refunds: 30 days, no questions. If the pack is not useful to you, request a refund through Gumroad within 30 days of purchase and you get your money back. You do not need to give a reason. Use the receipt email Gumroad sent you, or contact [email protected] and we will point you to the right place.
5. Your files are yours
The tools on this site run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into the deadline calculator — or any Sixxly tool — is sent to us or to anyone else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and stores nothing you enter. Close the tab and it is gone. The templates in the pack are files you download and keep; what you put in them stays on your machine. The only personal information we ever hold is what Gumroad needs to process your purchase, under Gumroad's own terms and privacy policy.
6. License
Your purchase gives you a personal-use license: one purchaser, for your own matters, on your own devices. You may fill in, adapt, print, and file the templates as part of running your own case. You may not resell the pack, redistribute it, share the files, post them publicly, or include them in another product — free or paid. If someone else would find the pack useful, send them to this site; the price is deliberately low and the calculator is free.
7. Governing framing
These terms are written in plain English on purpose, and the plain reading is the intended one. We make no claims we cannot keep: we do not promise outcomes, we do not promise that any template suits your court, and we do not promise the law will match any general description we give. What we do promise is stated above — the product as described, the 30-day refund, and your privacy. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced where you live, the rest still stands. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and we will answer plainly.
